Thankfulness Feast

From the founding of MDS, families have come together to share food and fellowship around the Thanksgiving holiday. We were excited to continue this much-cherished holiday tradition with a Thankfulness potluck for our students and families.

Like years past, each family created a dish that represents their traditions which are held so dear. Our classes came together and became a mixture of older and younger students who created dishes to pass as well.

This created an eclectic compilation of side dishes, entrees and desserts which were enjoyed by nearly 200 of our family and friends.

The feast was kicked off by one of our lower elementary classes who began the event by singing “I’m Thankful”.
