3rd Annual MDS Golf Outing

The 3rd Annual MDS Athletics Golf Outing was held at Silver Creek Golf Club in Morganton, NC on Saturday, October 19th, 2024. 60 participants took to the course on a beautiful 72°F day in hopes to be named champion.
Fundraising for this event typically supports our MDS Athletics Program, however, in light of the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene to our local community, we felt the call to step up and support the relief efforts. $2,200.00 in proceeds from this event went directly to those in need via the Community Foundation of Burke County Disaster Relief Fund. Each and every golfer played a vital role in helping those affected begin the process of rebuilding and recovery. We are extremely grateful for all participants.
